Mara Versus ICER -Poster-

This is the concept of a poster I hope I can get done today... and if not, well then... whatever. Then... soon.

It's one of the many brainfarts I had lately... and this time, it's a nasty one.

The story behind this is as follows:
The "black witch" Lillith and the organization she works for (Intergalactic Community of Extradimensional Researches, short ICER) can be described as a, if you put it in simple terms, crazy sect that believes, among other things, in the rising of all the Gods being found in the Cthulhu Mythos.
Now, what's that got to do with Mara? I'll tell you: ICER think they found a spawn of an Elder Thing and now tries to breed some kind of Supersoldier with its DNA.
Mara, as a classic example of a strong, powerful female, was chosen to be the "mother" of that very first bred soldier; ICER captures her and implants her the DNA of the Elder Thing, so she would bear the hybrid child they desire.

It is pretty nasty, isn't it? Poor Mara... I'm so horrible.
(However, I've always found the Cthulhu Mythos very fascinating... wasn't it obvious that one day, I'm gonna try doing a story with it? )

Slapped some colours on it... hell, colouring that Elder Thing was, besides Mara's skin pattern, a real pain for my hand... but I wanted it to look like some kind of poisonous flora. I think I succeeded.
Now, I just gotta shade it and light it and put a fitting background behind it and then it's done.

Finally, I'm done! Gosh, what a pain...

I'm not as satisfied with it as I probably should be but... I always complain about my own work, so whatever.
I wanted to put a text in front of Mara first, like in a movie poster or something, but I couldn't think of any fitting text. So it'll stay that way for now.
