Just HAD to do this. 
It's Ren Höek from my favourite cartoon 'Ren & Stimpy'. This picture shows him in a scene from the episode where his cousin Sven appears the first time. He's as stupid as Stimpy and both of them together drive Ren crazy. When he comes home from his work, his house is a whole desaster and thus he gets very angry.
I love that face he's making, I'm always laughing so hard when seeing it.
